Terms of Service

Services, Pricing, & Scheduling 

- Prices for each service is set for sight unseen. If you wish to avoid any unexpected fees, we highly recommend scheduling a in person consultation before your detail service. 

- Prices of services do not include any heavy cleaning. If any additional time is required to complete a job to our standard that can alter the final price, the client will be notified prior to start of service. 

- Done Right Detailing is not responsible for any pre existing damage. If any damage is found during the course of the service we will pause service to consult with the client and resume once new found damage is acknowledged. 

- We require all personal and important belongings to be removed from the vehicle prior to start of service. Any large large trash items must be removed as well. Done Right Detailing LLC is not responsible for any personal or important belongings left inside the car during the duration of your detail service.

Booking Fee, Payments, Late Payments, & Refunds

- Forms of payment include online payment (invoice), debit/credit (in person), cash, and electronic payment by Zelle or Venmo. 

- Payments must be completed at the end of your detail service

- Detailers on site do not carry and cash or can provide change

- Payments are considered late if not received within 24hrs of completed service

- Late payments will incur a $10 late fee per day after payment is considered late (does not include fleet accounts) 

 

- Done Right Detailing does not offer refunds for services rendered. We do offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed and will do our absolute best to accommodate your worries.  

Rescheduling, "No Show", & Cancellations

- If you need to reschedule or cancel your service. Please try and do so at minimum 48 hours before your scheduled time. If any booking fee was collected this ensures you receive 100% of the fee back.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may forfeit their booking fee. To schedule after a cancellation has been made, the booking process will need to start over requiring another booking fee

 

- Done Right Detailing will allow one (1) reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment per client per month. Done Right Detailing will evaluate each situation if rescheduling becomes constant

 

- To be considered a "No Show" the detailer on site will wait 15 min after your scheduled time. If no communication has been made from the client, the client will be billed the entire service. Invoice must be paid in full before scheduling with Done Right Detailing LLC

 

- Done Right Detailing will make communication attempts if the detailer assigned will be late or early to arrival
